PALGUM^® Locust bean gum

Quality control is very important to us. We have our own laboratory located on the ground floor and is fitted out with the latest technology for the analysis of hydrocolloids. This allows us to analyze in real time the quality of the product and verify that both the technical specification and the purity criteria of the locust bean gum are in line with Regulation EU 231/2012.

In addition, our continuous analysis allows us to monitor the different stages of the production process, ensuring that there is no alteration of the critical parameters that are controlled in the plant.
