Dark, white & macadamia chocolate Brownie

With this recipe by Miquel Calent you will get the perfect Brownie and you will see that baking can be easy and healthy, as well as delicious.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until they start to foam.

Melt the butter with the dark chocolate, in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

We mix everything very well. Add the locust bean and work it very well until it emulsifies.

Now we add the macadamia nuts and also the white chocolate drops.

We cook in the oven at 190º for about twenty minutes if we like it with a spindle heart, thirty-five if we want it well set.
