Dark, white & macadamia chocolate Brownie
- 700 grams of egg
- 700 grams of butter
- 20 grams of CAROB locust bean
- 400 grams of macadamia nuts
- 400 grams of chocolate 50%
- 400 grams of white chocolate in drops
- 400 grams of sugar
- 10 grams of impeller
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they start to foam.
Melt the butter with the dark chocolate, in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
We mix everything very well. Add the locust bean and work it very well until it emulsifies.
Now we add the macadamia nuts and also the white chocolate drops.
We cook in the oven at 190º for about twenty minutes if we like it with a spindle heart, thirty-five if we want it well set.
