We all like milk cream with strawberries. Miquel Calent teaches us how to prepare it easily and with a couple of tricks to make it perfect for us.
Milk cream prepared with strawberries
- 1 liter of milk
- The skin of a lemon
- Assorted spices
- 200 grams of sugar
- Red fruit juice
- CAROB locust bean gum
We put the milk on the fire with the sugar, a lemon peel, the spices that we like and eight grams of locust bean gum.
When it boils, let it rest for a few minutes before straining.
Inside a casserole we will put 500 grams of cut strawberries, a tablespoon of honey, 125 ml of red fruit juice, some basil leaves and 3 grams of locust bean gum.
We cook it just ten minutes.
We serve in glasses with the fruit at the bottom and the cream of milk prepared on top.
