On November 27, CAROB held a presentation event at the Can Calent restaurant by Miquel Calent on the occasion of the launch of its online store and the small-format locust bean gum. A 100% natural local product that can revolutionize the way you cook sauces and creams.
It was attended by the Director of Agriculture, Biel Torrens, some cooks, nutritionists, the media, gastronomy critics, representatives of cooperatives and those interested in the product.

The carob is a typical tree of the Mediterranean area resistant to drought, free of pesticides and use of fertilizers. As a consequence, our raw material is of the highest quality, which results in a final product, locust bean gum, also of the highest quality. The production process has been adapted to respect the environment, reusing the by-products derived from processing, resulting in a 100% natural product.
