Granola with Coconut Cream & Mango
- Dried Apricot
- Grated Coconut
- Coconut milk
- Plain vegetable milk
- Orange juice
- Locust Bean Gum
- Pink pepper
Inside a baking dish we put the oat flakes, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, raisins, dried apricot cut into strips and a little grated coconut.
We add a big tablespoon of honey and take it to the oven at 175° for twenty minutes. It has to be nicely golden.
Heat a glass of orange juice with the mango cut into pieces, add herb-sana, a little pink pepper and a pinch of locust bean gum. We cook just a few minutes.
We assemble the dessert with a very crunchy granola base, the coconut cream on top and to finish the textured orange juice with the mango.
