Pork tenderloin with prawns
- Pork tenderloin
- Purple Onion
- Pak choy
- Fresh Ginger
- Soy sauce
- Fish sauce
- Fresh chili pepper
- Fresh coriander
- CAROB Locust Bean Gum
- Olive oil
Cut the pork tenderloin into strips. Saute it over high heat with a little olive oil.
Immediately add the julienned onion, the small cut ginger and a little cooking pepper.
After a minute, we put the rest of the vegetables.
We continue over high heat, now we add a jet of soy sauce and a few tablespoons of fish sauce.
Add the peeled prawns and cook for just two more minutes.
It’s perfect to eat with boiled rice or a little pasta.
